High fluid temperature process chillers based on mass produced commercial scroll condensing units from major manufacturers such as Carrier, Rheem, and York. The condensing unit includes one or more scroll compressors, high efficiency air cooled condenser coils, and basic motor starter controls and control circuitry. They are available in stand alone modular or complete recirculating systems with tanks and pumps built in. The condenser coils can be coated with a corrosion protection for salt air and corrosive environments.
The Commercial Series chillers are very dependable and durable; 15 to 20 years of service is common with proper maintenance. These chillers are available in capacities from 1.5 through 50 tons for fluid cooling between 40°F and 85°F. They are best suited for moderate to hot climates; the high efficiency condensers are designed for 110°F ambient temperatures. For colder temperatures, the Weather Master option will provide protection for down to -20°F.
Commercial Series chillers widely used as back up chillers to the Masters or Elite Series in critical processes. Medical equipment chilling and industrial processes that run 24-7 can depend on the bullet-proof design of the Commercial Series to be there when needed.

| Elite Series |

The Elite Series chillers are industrial strength chillers available in sizes from 1 to 7.5 h.p. for medium and high temperature fluids. This series features all of the industrial controls and features available on the heavy duty Masters Series with more economical Copeland scroll compressors. They are suitable for either indoor or outdoor installations in ambient temperatures from -30°F to 100°F.
The Elite Series encompasses stand alone and recirculating systems with polyethylene vented reservoirs and cast iron, bronze fitted pumps as standard. Options include steel or stainless steel tanks and stainless steel pumps and a variety of controls to tailor a system to meet your application needs.
The Elite Series are rugged and are used in all common applications as well as specialty uses such as cold plunge (pool) or spa chillers, and back up chillers for medical and other critical processes. Pricing structure places this series in between the Commercial Series on the low end and the Masters Series on the high end. |
| Masters Series |

Masters Series chillers feature heavy duty designs for process cooling where absolute quality and dependability, without compromise, is required. Such applications include the Medi-chill chillers for MRI, Cat Scan, and Linear Accelerator cooling. Industrial processes that must not be down rely on the Masters Series also. Stand alone chillers as well as complete recirculation systems and split systems are available to suit any demanding application.
The Masters Series features heavy duty condensing units with scroll compressors from 1/2 through 7-1/2 h.p., and Copeland Discus semi-hermetic compressors from 5 h.p. through 80 h.p. Process fluid temperatures ranging from 0°F to 85°F are addressed by engineering the components and controls to the specific application. High ambient temperatures to 115°F down to -30°F can be adapted to with great reliability. The condenser coils can be coated with a corrosion protection for salt air and corrosive environments. |
| Potable Series |

The Potable Series chillers are designed for food processes, bakeries, and drinking water, and other applications where clean, pure, potable water is required to be chilled. Potable, chilled water ranges in temperatures from 34°F to 65°F. Special controls are incorporated to prevent freezing of the heat exchangers at these "near freezing" temperatures.
Heavy duty refrigeration systems of the Elite Series. The standard refrigerant is R404a, a new alternative refrigerant.
Typically these medium temperature chillers all include very large stainless steel reservoirs in relation to their capacities, high head stainless steel pumps, and available accessories include U.V. sterilizers and filtration for water purity. Phosphate feeders are available as well. |
